End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement governs access to and use of DuesHelm, an invoice follow-up and collections workflow product for trade businesses.
License
Subject to this agreement, DuesHelm grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for their organization's internal business purposes.
Acceptable Use
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data, account security, and compliance with laws and rules that apply to invoice follow-up, debt communications, email, SMS, and customer privacy. DuesHelm must not be used to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unauthorized communications.
Owner Approval
DuesHelm is designed around human approval for contact lists and sharp-end collection actions. Users remain responsible for reviewing recipients, message content, and any legal or escalation language before sending.
Third-Party Services
DuesHelm may integrate with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, email, SMS, authentication, hosting, and payment providers. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
