Last updated: July 6, 2026

DuesHelm helps trade businesses review overdue invoices, send owner-approved reminders, and reconcile payments from connected accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online.

Information We Collect

We collect account information provided by users, organization settings, and read-only accounting data needed to operate the product, including customers, invoices, balances, payments, and payment links. We also record message activity, approval activity, audit events, and integration status.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide DuesHelm, import invoice data, generate recoverable balance views, send owner-approved reminders, stop sequences when payment is detected, maintain audit trails, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with legal and security obligations.

QuickBooks Data

QuickBooks Online access is used to read accounting data required for invoice follow-up and payment reconciliation. DuesHelm does not use QuickBooks data to build unrelated consumer profiles or sell customer information.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help operate the product, such as cloud hosting, authentication, email, SMS, payment, analytics, and accounting integration providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of DuesHelm.

Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support auditability, comply with obligations, and resolve disputes.
