Straight answers.

Will this annoy my customers?

No. Reminders are polite, spaced days apart, and signed by your business. And the moment someone pays, their reminders stop — nobody who paid you gets chased.

Is DuesHelm a collections agency?

No. Every reminder comes from your business, in your name, and you approve everything before it sends. Ever notice how the ones who pay late are betting you're too busy to follow up? We just take that bet off the table.

Can DuesHelm change anything in my QuickBooks?

No. The connection is read-only. We can see your invoices and payments so we know who's overdue and who's paid — we can never edit, add, or delete anything in your books.

What if I don't want a certain customer contacted?

Uncheck them before anything sends, or exclude them at any time after. Your best customer, your brother-in-law — one click and they're off the list for good.

What do the reminders actually say?

You can read every word before approving anyone. The first note is a friendly nudge with a pay link. If weeks pass, the tone firms up. Nothing with legal weight ever sends without you personally reviewing that exact message.

What does it cost?

25% of the overdue cash we actually recover — nothing else. No subscription, no setup fee. Details on the pricing page.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes. Connect QuickBooks, check the list of who's overdue, press go.

What if I want to stop using DuesHelm?

Disconnect QuickBooks any time in Settings — syncing stops immediately. You can also delete your account and all your data entirely, whenever you want.
