You pay a share of what we recover.
The rate scales with how overdue the invoice was — so you pay the least on the easy wins and more only on the older money you'd otherwise have lost. Nothing on invoices that stay unpaid.
| When it gets paid | Our share |
|---|---|
| Early reminder · ≤ 30 days past due | 10% |
| Direct reminder · 31–60 days past due | 15% |
| Final notice · 61–90 days past due | 20% |
| Aged / at-risk · 90+ days past due | 25% |

What counts as "recovered"?
An overdue invoice we reminded that then got paid. If a customer was already going to pay that day — tell us, and we'll take it off the statement. We'd rather lose a fee than argue with a customer.
